CANCELLATION POLICY

♥︎ If a time and date is not available, please DM. Possibility I can make it happen. ♥︎ No extras unless discussed prior to the appointment. ♥︎ Deposits are required. The deposit is used as a guarantee for your appointment. You acknowledge by booking online that you agree to your card being charged the deposit. Deposits will be applied to your remaining balance. ♥︎ You acknowledge you will lose your deposit for appointments canceled or rescheduled, within 24 hours of the appointment time. (Alternatives can be offered if, Reason is suffice) ♥︎ You will receive a 10 minute grace period. Any time after 10min. Appointment will have to be rescheduled. ♥︎ If your appointment is rescheduled more than once, and you decide to cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit. ♥︎ FULL SERVICE CHARGE (100%) ON NO SHOW’S OR NO COURTESY CALL. (If your card on file has "insufficient funds," to pay the remaining balance you will be banned from Skin Beauty Studio.) ♥︎ Consent Forms MUST be filled out before any service is done. If, Not I will NOT perform service. ♥︎ A "squeezed in" appointment will be a $25 extra fee on top of any service.
